From the studio in Lynch Lane Offices Egdon Hall; Jodie runs a full range of classes including indoor cycling (spin), Kettlebells for Weymouth, Body Conditioning, Toning Classes, and Nutritional Plans. She will work with you, to ensure you get the results you want.

She can help you learn how to train your body to achieve the results you desire whilst ensuring your nutrition is optimal for your needs. Jodie understands that everyone is different and therefore all the services are tailored specifically to meet the individuals’ needs. Some clients may want help with their diet only; others may be new to exercise or may need inspiration and guidance to reach the goal they have been aiming for in the gym.

Sessions can take place at your home, in the gym, studio, spinning room or/and outside in the fresh air.
